I bought the Motorola C139 last night since I couldn’t find a 2126 anywhere. I was pleased to find that the charger and battery fit my V170! I guess I’ll keep the V170 active for now (with the free incoming text it offers). If I didn’t have 366 minutes on the V170 already – good thru July ‘09, I’d try the 100 minute free code with a 60 minute card + 20 free startup and roll it all over to the V170! Have you seen the 120 minute card with +20 free at Wal-Mart?

I bought a Tracfone at Family Dollar and sent in my rebate but never received a check.Do you have a phone number where i can call them?
I think the terms of the rebate stated something like 8 weeks for processing, which is not unusual with rebates, so I would just give it some more time. I’ll also be watching for my rebate, and if I don’t receive it soon I’ll dig up the relevant contact info and put it up as a new post on the blog.
